Princeton NJ Baby Photographer

Sandra and Matt contacted me about being the baby photographer for little Josephine. (Josephine is my favorite name of all! If I had a girl I would name her Josephine too.) They drove the half hour from their home near Princeton New Jersey for her newborn session.

Josephine’s Baby Photography Session

Josephine’s nursery has a “friendly forest” theme decorated in mauve, taupe, browns, and some light blue. We incorporated the forest theme with a couple of cute and fuzzy bear-ear hats. Since Mom was flexible we also did some general girly pictures with pink and flowers. And yes, I managed to get one of my signature yellow-themed shots! Yellow is my absolute favorite color, and I love to squeeze it in wherever I can. It is so bright and cheerful! If you want a mood lift, be sure to check out my yellow gallery.

Josephine was such a cutie–an adorably chubby baby! Love those round cheeks. She slept the entire session, but still smiled a lot in her sleep and blew bubbles for me! She had tons of beautiful blonde hair too. It was great to be the baby photographer for this sweet little girl. We used several different props and a variety of textures and colors during this newborn photography session. I loved using accessories from my favorite vendors : Luneberry, Lavender Blossoms and Original Photoblocks. The quality of these props and customer service of these vendors is outstandig. Josephine was comfortable and cozy the whole time and I love all the beautiful photos I was able to get!
