Colonia NJ Newborn Photo Session
This Colonia NJ Newborn Photo Session was simply amazing. I’ve met Kristen before when I did a session for one of her boys. Now that she had a little girl, she wanted a similar experience. Sometimes I just think about how it is such a privilege to witness to so many people’s lives. Having them trust me with their little babies is such a humbling experience.
Baby Girl Photo Session
Baby Eliana was such a sweet baby. Kristen told me that her nursery has a butterfly theme and I made sure to incorporate them into our set ups. The whole session had a very feminine vibe with pinks and creams, flowers and butterflies. I am very happy with how this Colonia NJ Newborn Photo Session turned out. Kristen is a physician so she also asked for the baby to be photographed with her stethoscope. Love how that image turned out.
Newborn Safety during photo sessions
At the beginning she had a little gas and was a bit fussy but we were able to make her comfortable and sleepy. It is so important to use a professional newborn photographer for these types of sessions. Professional newborn photographers are trained in newborn safety, we know what to do when baby is fussy, gassy, colicky or hungry. We are able to read the signs and adjust our workflow accordingly. Knowing how to pose a baby who is gassy, or was born breech, or who has a reflux, is imperative to having a successful session.
