Somerset County NJ Newborn Photographer
As a Somerset County NJ Newborn Photographer I absolutely love when parents get involved in photo session planning and make it special and unique. This time it was race cars. Dad loved cars and this little one’s nursery was decorated to reflect that.
Before every newborn session I send out a questionnaire where parents can tell me about their set up and color preferences. They can also mention anything that is special about them and their relationship. That includes their heritage, their jobs and hobbies. Including these parts of their lives makes the newborn session so much more special.
Cars and More Cars
One of dad’s favorite cars is a Lamborghini. I asked him to bring a cast iron one he had to the session. I’ve decided to take a photo of the car on a black backdrop and then super impose the baby on top of it. I am very happy with how it turned out. Mom and dad loved it so much, they have ordered a canvas of this image to go in baby’s room.
Another composite I surprised them with was their son inside a car tire swing. I kept the colors of the session neutral with touches of blue, gray and cream to go with the nursery decor. I think these photos go together so well with all the other photos in the gallery.
