Celebrating Rainbow Baby with a Photo Shoot
A Rainbow Baby is a term used to describe a baby born after a previous loss, such as a miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. It symbolizes hope, healing, and the beauty that can emerge after a storm. Celebrating the arrival of a Rainbow Baby is a deeply meaningful and emotional experience for many parents. I have to admit that I get emotional during every rainbow baby session as well. Sadly I went through it myself and I know all the emotions that come with this process. The pain, the grief, the love and then complete joy and happiness. That’s why these types of photo sessions are extra special.

Including rainbows in the form of clothing, accessories, or even painted on the baby’s nursery wall can further emphasize the symbolism. Butterflies are often associated with babies that passed and I love including these in set ups as well.
