Monmouth County NJ Baby Photography Session

This sweet baby boy was an absolute dream to work with for his Monmouth County NJ Baby Photography Session. He was such a laid baby and super adorable, too. Just look at his sandy blond hair and sweet little face to see what I mean. He was born a preemie and was still very sleepy which makes my job so much easier.

It felt like we were done with this  NJ Baby Photography Session  in record breaking time because he didn’t make a peep the entire session. He just curled right up into all the poses and snoozed away. He literally woke up only after I did all the set ups and poses I planned on doing.

Mom had shared with me the nursery decor and we’ve decided to style this baby boy’s session in a lot of neutrals, hunter greens with a touch of blues and grays. I got to admit that deep blue and green looked amazing against his skin tone.

Dad is a full time firefighter and we just had to do a set up using his gear. I love using a scarf that resembles American Flag with any firefighter gear, since those men and women are definitely our country’s biggest heros.

When I style my newborn sessions I go between white weathered wood  and natural brown wood floor. Although I love both , my heart beats faster when I use dark wood. It just has tons of character and I adore how it compliments baby’s skin. It gives it sort of a glow and perfect warmth.
