Hudson County NJ Newborn Baby Photo Session

It was so much fun to do this Hudson County NJ newborn baby photo session last month! Mom really wanted lots of fun colors and cute, whimsical themes. There’s no better place to do that than with Yellow Lollipop Photography!

We had a great time playing around with all kinds of cute props and setups. As you can see, we did some Harry Potter photos–he looks so cute with his miniature Hedwig next to him. We also did some more traditional baby boy themes, like teddy bears and sailing. And of course, it’s always good to have some pictures that don’t necessarily play into a particular theme. Bucket shots, swaddles poses, etc. are great for nursery pictures, albums, or gifts for grandparents. We can always do a mix of themed pictures and more classic newborn photos.

Speaking of classics, we also made sure to get some family portraits. The black and white silhouette shots are always beautiful and make great home decor. This mom was interested in a wall canvas, so we made sure to get some timeless pictures that would be perfect for display.

So glad I could spend some time in the studio with this family doing their newborn baby photo session! Such a cute little guy.
