Newborn Photographer Central New Jersey
I love being a Newborn Photographer Central New Jersey and the surrounding areas. My photography makes me a part of such a special community! I’ve known this family for a while now. In fact, I photographed big sisters Mia and Sophie when they were newborns. (They are four years old now!) Mom told me that after seeing my work with her older girls she couldn’t imagine booking anyone else for new baby Lucia.
Newborn and Family Photography
Although I am happy to provide newborn-only photo sessions, I would encourage family members to join in the pictures too. This new little one is part of the story of your whole family, and I think it’s wonderful to record those relationships. So I was very happy when mom and dad requested family photos. We got such beautiful pictures of Lucia with her parents and older sisters.
Session Styling
When it came to the styling of this newborn session, mom told me to go ahead and do my thing. To quote , Christina said: “your work is beautiful and we couldn’t imagine anyone else capturing this beginning.” I knew I wanted to create something timeless and feminine. I’ve decided to pair some neutrals, ivories and pinks with wood and flower accents. Clients love the fact that I supply everything for the session so they don’t need to worry about it. I am always on a lookout for new photography props and accessories so my studio stays fresh and there is constantly something new to showcase. My favorite vendors I’ve used in Lucia’s sessions are Luneberry Flokatis, Rozzi Rayne, and Flutterby Prop Shop.
Displaying Your Newborn Photos
I always ask my clients if they’re interested in specific types of photographic art, such as canvases or albums. For me, Newborn Photographer Central New Jersey, it can be helpful to know what areas of the home these images will be displayed in, and in what format. As a newborn photographer, I want to create artwork you can treasure and display. Mom wanted to use some of these baby pictures for Lucia’s nursery so we made sure she had the perfect pictures for that.

Booking Your Newborn Photography Session
The best advice I can give you on booking a session is to do it early! Once you’ve scheduled a session you are guaranteed a spot, even if we have to reschedule. In this case, Lucia arrived three weeks early, so we did have to switch things around in the calendar a bit. Luckily, since mom and dad booked well in advance, it wasn’t a problem at all.
