Jon and Daniella came to me a couple of years ago for their oldest daughter’s Makenzie newborn photos. I’ve photographed Makenzie for her milestone and her birthday session as well. When Daniella told me that they were expecting their second little one I was so happy. They make such a cute babies, I couldn’t wait to meet the new addition to their family 🙂
In her questionnaire Daniella told me, “We used you for our first and had a great experience! Love your work and patience!” It’s wonderful to hear such kind words from previous clients.
Since they had been to see me before many times, mom and dad had a pretty good idea of what kinds of props and colors they wanted. We did a couple that were similar to those we had used for big sister Makenzie when she was born. Little Adelyn looked just as cute!
Makenzie and Adelyn’s daddy is a police officer and we knew we wanted to incorporate that into our baby photography session. Jon brought his uniform and we got a photo with dad in uniform holding his sweet infant daughter. I love using personal touches like these to make a newborn session truly unique.
Mom told me Makenzie can be stubborn when she doesn’t want to do something. That’s a very common scenario for children this age! They came prepared with lots of bribes and even told me some of her favorite songs so I could use them if needed. We didn’t really need any bribes since she did a great job for me and was so good with her baby sister.
