This sweet little girl is Emma. Her mom (Janeen) contacted me about doing a session for her new baby in mid-May. I was happy to be her Bedminster, Somerset County NJ Baby Photographer! Mom was recommended to me by someone she knew. After looking through my portfolio she decided I was the right choice for her. I’m so glad she did! It was a pleasure to do this session for her little one.
Mom told me that Emma’s nursery was decorated in pink, gray, and cream. She had also used a classic Winnie the Pooh theme to decorate baby’s room. So cute! We decided to reflect the nursery colors she had chosen in our baby photography session. This is a great way to make sure the pictures will match your color scheme if you plan to hang photos in the nursery. And your baby pictures will always remind you of the little one’s room. These photos are so sweet to look back on as your child grows and develops other interests. They will grow and change, but they will always be your baby!
We used plenty of pink and lots of flowers in Emma’s session. Flowers are always a perfect choice for a baby girl. And since flowers attract the bees that make the honey that Pooh Bear loves, it seemed like a good fit!
Grandma Celia also joined us in the studio and we got a three-generation shot with Grandma, Mom, and baby Emma. Emma is the first grandchild in their immediate family, so it was a very exciting time for them!
