Choosing a newborn photographer

Kristina and Jacob searched for a Newborn Photographer in Somerset County and came across my page. In the contact form I always ask my prospective clients how they heard about Yellow Lollipop Photography and why they chose me. I loved Kristina’s answer to that question. She said, “I googled nearby newborn photographers and began researching/reading reviews. I chose Yellow Lollipop Photography because I liked the style of the photos on your website and because there was a big emphasis on prioritizing newborn safety.” I appreciate that not only did she like my style of photography but she also took into an account my training and experience in working with babies.

Dario’s Newborn Session

Kristina, Jacob and little baby Dario were such a pleasure to work with. Kristina was very involved in planning the set ups for the photo session. Made my job much easier! She liked neutrals with a touch of teal and sage. She also loved one of my blankets and stuffed plushies, so we made sure all these accessories were included in Dario’s photo shoot. Little man did so great the day of the session! We were able to do all the set ups and poses we planned on. My favorite set up was the green curly blanket with Dario in a dark teal wrap with a pom-pom hat on. I think that color truly complements his skin and his long dark eyelashes.

Kristina and Jacob had decided to book a Baby Bundle where they get to come back with Dario for his 1st birthday. I cannot wait to see this beautiful family again 🙂
