My NJ Newborn Photography Studio is conveniently located in Whitehouse Station. It’s a small, charming town , close to major highways and bigger cities such as Bridgewater and Hillsborough. My clients, who come from all over New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, find it easy to find and easy to get to.
Session Planning
Palka and Joe were referred to me by a friend and booked both maternity and newborn session with me. They were such a cute couple and Palka was an adorable mommy with a tenny, tiny belly. I will have to blog about their maternity session soon but first I wanted to introduce Miss Layla . With a head full of thick , black hair and the cutest little mouth, she stole my heart the moment I saw her. Layla was a sleepy baby and we were able to do the entire sessions with her sleeping (with a little help from a pacifier 🙂
Session Set Ups
Palka wanted some pinks, creams and a touch of aqua for her setups. She also brought some personal items such as a chair with Layla’s name on it and a giant caterpillar. I really do love when parents bring personal items to the session, it makes the session more special and original. Palka requested few of the composites I always offer with my sessions. A lot of them are very intricate and detailed and if they were not composites , would require a lot of time and effort to recreate during the session. Many of them are composites of props that are not necessarily safe to the baby to be in , therefore , doing a composite in Photoshop is not only a time saver but it is a much safer way of creating an image. I love doing them for my clients and those images always become the favorites. Just take a peak below 🙂
