Chatham Newborn Photographer
Michelle contacted me about information on newborn sessions while searching for a Chatham Newborn Photographer. Since my studio is located only 30 minutes away, she decided to book me for her baby photos. Michelle was expecting her first boy and was very excited for this session. She wanted to keep all the set-ups neutrals and organic, which I am very drawn to. I love when the focus is the baby and not the backdrop or a prop.
Newborn Baby Photo Session styling
Michelle and her family had just gotten a puppy a few months prior. They wanted to incorporate her in the photos as well. I always have so much fun with dogs (huge dog lover here) and basically treat them like a child. Most of the time they don’t listen, they are hard to pose, and they drool, but the photos are amazing 🙂 Well worth the effort!
When Michelle and her family arrived at the studio, I decided to start the session with the family and siblings photos and follow up with photos of Tate by himself. I have a certain workflow in the studio, but each session is different. I’m always willing to adjust to make sure it works well for the client. In this case it most certainly worked! Tate loved being swaddled and cuddled by his big sisters, mommy and daddy. He also got a slobbery kiss from Piper 🙂 Made this Chatham Newborn Photographer very happy .
Successful Baby Photography Session
The session was amazing and I have photos to prove it! I seriously can’t even imagine how hard it will be to pick favorites out of the whole gallery. They are all amazing and I am so glad I was able to capture this moment in time for Michelle and her family as their Chatham Newborn Photographer. Congratulations you guys! I hope to see you and Tate again in the near future!
