Yellow Lollipop Photography is an Essex County newborn photographer operating out of a Whitehouse Station studio. All newborn sessions are done in studio, unless there is a medical necessity. Clients travel to see me from all over NJ, PA and NY and I really appreciate that. It’s not easy to travel with a newborn, however, they are determined to get their photos done by someone who has extensive experience in baby posing and safety. Someone who will listen to them, work with them and provide them with a finished product that will take their breath away. That’s me!
Blaise’s Newborn Photography Session
Nina traveled to see me from Weehawken NJ. Her baby boy, Blaise, was one of the happiest babies I have photographed so far. He smiled in almost every photo. I honestly had the hardest time picking and choosing from his gallery since all his photos were amazing. His 18-month sister, Daphne, joined us as well and she was just the cutest. I am very careful with toddlers and infants since, let’s face it, they are both babies. I usually do composite shots where I put the baby in the prop, remove them, and then put the toddler next to the prop. Later, during editing, I merge the photos together. It’s a little extra work but I never want to jeopardize the safety of the baby. I have seen a lot of photos taken by inexperienced photographers. I would urge you to research your newborn photographer before you hand over your precious baby to them. Make sure they are trained in baby safety, have infant CPR certification and are fully licensed and insured. You want a professional newborn photographer, not just a person with a fancy camera.
